That is an understandable concern, but we are proud to say there are many benefits to obtaining this recognition. The biggest benefit is that it prepares our business for anything the auto repair industry throws at us. Our Gold Class program has prepared all of our employees for these changes and allows them to stay up-to-date with every technological advance in the automotive industry.

For a business to earn the Gold Class certification, auto shops must achieve and maintain high levels of role-relevant training across every major collision repair role. To get the Gold Class, we had to obtain the Platinum recognition through the I-CAR training first. We had to maintain this Platinum recognition in order to advance to the Gold Class recognition. Formula 1 Collision Center truly cares about maintaining our reputation, as we had to work to maintain the Gold Class status. We have maintained this status by continuously working to develop the knowledge and skills of our staff members. All of our employees had to go through I-CAR’s rigorous training programs by progressing through each Pro-Level. By obtaining the Gold Class certification, we are demonstrating to our customers, staff, industry, and community that we are committed to the highest standards of professionalism.
